    • Are you a factory or a trading company?
      We are a direct factory with our own weaving facility. Our production base is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
    • What quality certifications or test reports do you have?
      We hold flame retardancy certifications including US standards NFPA 701, UL 94, and CPAI-84; European standard EN 1021; French standard M1; and Chinese standard B1. We also have functional test reports for antibacterial, anti-mold, waterproof, insect-repellent, and UV-resistant properties.
    • Can you provide samples? How are the costs calculated?
      Standard A4 samples are free of charge; shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom samples require a paid sampling fee.
    • What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
      MOQ varies by product line. For standard products, the MOQ is 1,000 meters. For custom products, the MOQ is generally 3,000–5,000 meters. Orders below the MOQ are subject to additional dyeing surcharges or setup fees.
    • How many days does it take from order placement to shipment?
      Approximately 15 days for stock products and 35–40 days for custom products. Lead times may be extended by 5–10 days during peak season.
    • What payment methods are accepted?
      T/T, L/C, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required upfront.
    • What trade terms do you support?
      FOB, CIF, and EXW. Shipments are primarily handled through the Port of Shanghai.
    • How do you handle damaged goods or quality complaints?
      Once an issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment. The turnaround time is 10–15 days.
    • Can colors be customized? What is the minimum quantity?
      Yes — we accept both color matching from customer-provided samples and custom Pantone/color code references. Standard sampling lead time is 5–10 days.
    • Can you add logo printing or patterns?
      Yes, we support various printing techniques. The MOQ generally remains unchanged.
    • How does OEM/ODM service work?
      We support both customer-supplied designs and in-house design development. Transfer printing development costs 1,800 RMB per color set; digital printing development is free of charge.

    Finding the Right Category for Your Project

    Our fifteen product lines split naturally by what the fabric has to do rather than by which room it hangs in. If your project is an HVAC system, our fabric air duct range is the starting point. If you are sourcing curtains for a hotel, hospital or public venue, the choice sits among several curtain lines built for different jobs: blackout in coated or IFR polyester, chenille, jacquard, sheer, linen-like, and fabric specifically built for hospital cubicles and stage use, each suited to a different balance of appearance, cleaning frequency and light control.

    Outside of curtains, our range covers protective and outdoor uses: machine guard and accordion shield fabric for industrial equipment, coated fabric for tents and event structures, IFR fabric for train, car and cruise seating, and UPF50+ IPX5 fabric for umbrellas and parasols.     IFR or FR-Coated: The Distinction That Runs Through the Whole Catalog

    Across nearly every category on this site, our fabrics fall into one of two families, and knowing which is which helps you narrow the options fast. Inherently flame retardant (IFR) fabrics have the flame retardant built into the fiber itself, most often as a phosphorus compound incorporated into the polyester during production, so it cannot wash out and stays effective for as long as the fabric is in use. FR-coated fabrics start as an ordinary or specially woven base and have a flame retardant coating, such as PU, applied afterward, which is common where the coating also does other work, such as making a tent or a machine cover waterproof or dustproof.

    As a general rule, reach for IFR where the fabric will be laundered often or worn over years in daily use, such as hotel and hospital curtains, and reach for FR-coated where the coating itself is doing a second job the fiber cannot do alone, such as waterproofing a tent or blocking light completely in a blackout curtain. Several of our lines, including seat cover and umbrella fabric, use IFR yarn as the base and then add other functional coatings on top, so the two approaches are not mutually exclusive within one product.

    From Sample to Bulk Order: What to Expect Across Any Category

    The ordering path is broadly the same whichever category you start from. A standard A4 sample is free, with the customer covering shipping, while a custom sample, matched to your color or specification, carries a sampling fee. Standard products typically carry a minimum order of 1,000 meters and ship in about 15 days, while custom products generally run a 3,000 to 5,000 meter minimum and take 35 to 40 days, extending by 5 to 10 days in peak season. Because the gap between a standard and a custom order is large on both quantity and lead time, it is worth deciding early whether your project can work from a standard fabric or genuinely needs a custom color, print or construction.

For projects needing specific fire or performance documentation, such as NFPA 701, EN standards, or antibacterial and UV test reports, request the relevant certificate for your exact fabric before committing to a color or finish, since some certifications are tied to a specific weight, weave or coating.

    Customizing Color, Printing and Design Across the Catalog

    Color matching works the same way across our product lines: send a physical sample or a Pantone or color code reference, and standard sampling takes about 5 to 10 days regardless of which category the fabric belongs to. This is worth building into a project timeline as its own step, separate from bulk production time, since a color has to be approved before bulk weaving or coating starts.

    For logo printing or patterned designs, we support several printing techniques, and adding a print generally does not change the minimum order quantity for the base fabric. Two printing methods come up most often: digital printing, which we develop free of charge, and transfer printing, which carries a development cost of 1,800 RMB per color set. For a design with several colors, that per-color-set cost can add up, so it is worth asking which method suits your design and budget before finalizing artwork.
