How are flame retardant fabrics classified

The FR Protecting Cover Fabric flame-retardant fabric is processed by the internationally renowned "PROBAN" production process. The flame retardant used is a durable finishing flame retardant for cotton fiber and its blended fabric Its main feature is that after finishing with this flame retardant and its production process, a permanent bond is formed inside the fabric, so it has durable flame retardant properties and can be washed more than 50 times. This flame-retardant fabric can not only effectively spread flame, but also maintain the original performance of the fabric.

The flame-retardant protective clothing made of the flame-retardant fabric has excellent washing resistance, non-toxic, tasteless and non-irritating, safe and reliable to the human body, breathable and moisture-permeable, soft to the touch, and comfortable to wear. Its performance can reach EN11612 (formerly EN531), EN11611 (formerly EN470-1), EN533, 16CFR, NFPA2112, ASTM and other standards after being tested by MTL, TUV, SGS and other authoritative organizations. Elastic flame-retardant fabric-this kind of fabric is a blend of 95% cotton fiber and 5% spandex fiber.

In addition to the excellent characteristics of cotton fiber, it has elasticity due to the addition of spandex yarn, so it is more comfortable to wear after making clothes and has better wrinkle resistance. Cotton flame-retardant fabric—The fabric is composed of 100% natural fiber "cotton", which has the characteristics of breathability, comfort, and soft feel of cotton fiber. There are various specifications such as twill, plain weave, satin weave and weft knitted fabric. C/N Flame Retardant Fabric—The fabric is made of 88% cotton fiber and 12% nylon fiber blend.

It has the characteristics of good abrasion resistance, better strength, and softer hand feeling. After the work clothes are made, the wearing life can be extended by more than 50%, and it can better prevent electric sparks, arcs, metal droplets, etc. CVC flame-retardant fabric—The fabric is blended with more than 60% cotton fiber and 40% polyester fiber. It has the excellent characteristics of both cotton and polyester fibers, and has the characteristics of good strength, good wear resistance and wrinkle resistance.
